Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care to residents including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
- Assist with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition
- Document care activities accurately and maintain patient records
- Support residents with therapeutic activities and social engagement
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
Qualifications
- Active Texas CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 6 months of recent CNA experience
- CPR/BLS certification required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong communication and empathy skills
- Flexibility to work day/evening/weekend shifts
- Background check and drug screening clearance
