Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate patient care including ADLs, mobility assistance, and vital sign monitoring
- Maintain accurate patient records using our EMR system
- Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care
- Implement infection control protocols and safety standards
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients
- Assist with medication administration under supervision
- Participate in patient care planning and goal setting
Qualifications
- Current Texas CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 6 months acute care or long-term experience
- BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
- Clear background check and drug screening
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Flexibility to work day/night/weekend shifts
