Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor and document vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse)
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Support patient emotional well-being and companionship
- Maintain clean, safe patient environments
- Report patient condition changes to nursing staff
- Participate in team huddles and care planning
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train you!
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Compassionate nature and strong work ethic
- Basic computer skills for documentation
- Virginia driver's license preferred for transport duties
