Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate assistance with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor and document vital signs, patient conditions, and care provided
- Support residents with nutritional needs and mealtime assistance
- Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement care plans
- Maintain a safe, clean environment following infection control protocols
- Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance residents' quality of life
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- Current Colorado CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 6 months of recent CNA experience in long-term care
- CPR certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 pounds
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability
- Pass background check and pre-employment health screening
- Basic computer skills for documentation
