Responsibilities
- Provide daily assistance with patient bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with prescribed exercises and rehabilitation activities
- Support patients with meal preparation and nutrition plans
- Transport patients safely to medical appointments and social activities
- Maintain clean and organized patient living spaces
- Report changes in patient condition to nursing staff promptly
Qualifications
- Current North CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year experience in long-term care or home health
- Valid CPR certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks
- Compassionate approach with excellent communication skills
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
