Responsibilities
- Provide daily personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Monitor and document vital signs, patient conditions, and care activities
- Assist with meal preparation and ensure nutritional needs are met
- Collaborate with RNs and care teams to develop and implement care plans
- Maintain a clean, safe, and infection-free patient environment
- Transport patients to appointments and therapeutic activities
- Provide emotional support and companionship to enhance patient well-being
Qualifications
- Active DC CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of recent CNA experience in a clinical setting
- Current CPR/BLS certification from accredited provider
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic computer proficiency for documentation
