Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor and document vital signs, patient intake/output, and behavior changes
- Assist with therapeutic activities and patient education
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) via remote portal
- Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary care teams
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations
- Support infection control protocols and facility safety standards
Qualifications
- Active Ohio CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year acute care or long-term experience
- Basic computer proficiency for remote documentation
- CPR/BLS certification (American Heart Association)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Clear criminal background check and drug screening
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
