Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including bathing, feeding, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist nurses with medical procedures and equipment operation
- Coordinate care plans via telehealth platforms (remote component)
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control protocols
- Support patient emotional well-being and family communication
- Complete administrative tasks remotely through hospital EHR systems
Qualifications
- Active Arizona CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year acute care hospital experience
- BLS/CPR certification (American Heart Association)
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR)
