Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care to patients (bathing, dressing, feeding)
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Assist with mobility transfers and medical equipment
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Qualifications
- Active Texas CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year acute care or long-term experience
