Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care (bathing, dressing, feeding)
- Monitor vital signs and document patient changes
- Assist with mobility transfers and use of medical equipment
- Support patients with activities of daily living
- Collaborate with nursing teams for care plan implementation
- Maintain clean, safe patient environments
- Report patient concerns promptly to nursing staff
Qualifications
- Active Illinois CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (days, evenings, weekends, nights)
- Basic computer literacy for documentation
- Valid CPR certification
- Pass background check and drug screening
