Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care
- Adhere to JCAHO and hospital safety protocols at all times

Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts RN license in good standing
- BSN degree or equivalent experience (ADN candidates considered)
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience in medical/surgical units
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in Epic EHR systems preferred
