Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care in home health and clinical settings
- Assist with ADLs including bathing, mobility, and nutrition
- Monitor vital signs and document observations accurately
- Collaborate with RNs for care plan implementation
- Maintain sterile environments per OSHA standards
- Support dementia and post-surgical recovery patients
Qualifications
- Active Tennessee CNA certification
- Minimum 1 year recent CNA experience
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Flexibility to work 8-12 hour shifts
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds occasionally
- Clear background check and drug screen
- Reliable transportation with valid license
