Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, feeding)
- Monitor and document vital signs, patient conditions, and care progress
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and medical equipment usage
- Collaborate with nurses to implement individualized care plans
- Maintain clean, safe environments for patients and staff
- Support emotional well-being through patient engagement activities
Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts CNA certification and state license
- Minimum 1 year experience in long-term care or hospital settings
- BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to flexible scheduling and work independently
