Responsibilities
- Patient Assistance: Provide direct care to patients by assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding as needed.
- Vital Signs: Monitor and record patient vital signs accurately and report any significant changes to the nursing staff immediately.
- Mobility Support: Safely assist patients with transfers, walking, and the use of mobility aids to prevent falls.
- Communication: Act as a vital link between patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure a holistic approach to care.
- Hygiene & Environment: Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for all residents and patients.
- Documentation: Complete and maintain accurate patient records and care logs in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- CNA Certification: Must possess a valid Oklahoma CNA license.
- Entry Level Experience: Previous experience preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- CPR/BLS: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills and a genuine, caring attitude towards patients.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Reliability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
