Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care assistance to residents including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and document vital signs, health status, and patient preferences
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and daily living activities
- Support meal service and ensure dietary needs are met
- Maintain clean, safe resident environments following infection control protocols
- Communicate effectively with nursing staff and family members
- Participate in team meetings and training programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- No prior experience necessary – we provide paid training
- Must obtain Pennsylvania CNA certification within 120 days of hire
