Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely according to established protocols and physician orders.

- Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure seamless care transitions.

Qualifications
- Active New York State RN License (or compact license if applicable) required.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS certification is mandatory.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or medical setting preferred.
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
