Responsibilities
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide basic wound care and perform catheter care as directed.
- Document patient care plans, updates, and any changes in condition accurately.
- Collaborate with the nursing team to ensure a safe and therapeutic environment.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized living space for residents.
Qualifications
- Current and valid CNA license in the State of Ohio.
- CPR/BLS certification (Basic Life Support) required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a long-term care or hospital setting is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for patient care.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
