Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality personal care to patients including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document patient health status using our remote-friendly EHR system
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding while respecting dietary restrictions
- Collaborate with RNs via telehealth platforms for care coordination
- Maintain a safe, clean environment following infection control protocols
- Provide emotional support to patients and families during virtual consultations
Qualifications
- Active California CNA license in good standing
- Minimum 6 months of clinical experience in long-term care or acute care
- Basic computer proficiency for telehealth documentation
- CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Clear TB test and background check
- Spanish bilingual preferred
