Responsibilities
- Delight patients with compassionate daily care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and accurately document patient observations
- Assist nurses with clinical procedures and emergency response protocols
- Maintain clean, sanitized patient environments and equipment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions
Qualifications
- Active Ohio CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year acute care or hospital experience preferred
- Current BLS certification from AHA
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours with occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
- Pass background check and pre-employment health screening
