Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities including meal preparation, light housekeeping, and personal hygiene
- Provide companionship through engaging conversation and recreational activities
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social outings using company vehicles
- Monitor vital signs and document care notes accurately in client records
- Assist with medication reminders and mobility support
- Coordinate with families and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or relevant training
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Compassionate nature with strong interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation to client locations
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
