Responsibilities
- Provide personalized companionship and emotional support to elderly and disabled clients
- Assist with daily living activities including meal preparation, light housekeeping, and personal hygiene
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities
- Administer prescribed medications under proper supervision
- Implement personalized care plans developed by registered nurses
Qualifications
- State-certified Home Health Aide or CNA license
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Illinois driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Excellent communication skills and empathy-driven approach
- Reliable transportation and punctual work ethic
