Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with medication management
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities
- Monitor client health status and document observations
- Perform light housekeeping and maintain safe living environments
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals for care continuity
- Adhere to care plans and maintain client confidentiality
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- CNA certification or home health aide experience preferred
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license and reliable vehicle
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Pass background check and health screening
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
