Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and prescribed exercises.
- Administer medication reminders and monitor client health status.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry.
- Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
- Document daily care activities and report any concerns to the case manager.
Qualifications
- Current CNA, PCA, or Home Health Aide certification (required).
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation (required).
- Previous experience in home care or healthcare preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a patient, empathetic demeanor.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
