Responsibilities
- Provide personalized assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, meal preparation)
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs per care plans
- Transport clients to appointments and social activities
- Companion care: engage in meaningful conversations and activities
- Light housekeeping and maintain safe living environments
- Document care activities and communicate with family/medical teams
- Follow HIPAA protocols and maintain client confidentiality
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Valid Colorado driver's license and reliable transportation
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) preferred
- First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Genuine passion for elder care and disability support
