Responsibilities
- Provide personalized companionship and emotional support to elderly clients
- Assist with daily living activities including meal preparation and hygiene
- Monitor vital signs and document health observations accurately
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities
- Administer medications as prescribed and maintain medication logs
- Create a safe, nurturing environment tailored to individual client needs
- Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience required
- Current CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid Colorado driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Strong communication skills and patience in challenging situations
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; CNA certification preferred
