Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Monitor client health status and report changes to care team
- Administer medications and medical treatments per care plan
- Transport clients to appointments and social activities
- Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Maintain accurate care documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiver experience
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check
- Compassionate patient demeanor and strong communication skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
