Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care assistance with daily activities including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs as per care plans
- Transport clients to appointments and social activities safely
- Companion care through meaningful conversation and engagement
- Light housekeeping and meal planning for client households
- Document care activities and client progress accurately
- Maintain strict confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or CNA certification
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Compassionate demeanor and patience with elderly clients
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Clear background check and TB test results
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
