Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide companionship and emotional support through conversation and engaging activities.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry.
- Remind clients to take prescribed medications at the scheduled times.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments, social outings, and errands.
- Monitor and report any changes in the client's physical or emotional condition to the care coordinator.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized living environment for clients.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Arizona Driver's License and current auto insurance required.
- Pass a comprehensive criminal background check and drug screen.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred (training provided).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in home care, nursing, or a related field is a plus.
