Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
- Remind clients to take medication at scheduled times.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments, shopping, and social events.
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties to ensure a safe living environment.
- Monitor clients' physical and emotional well-being and report any changes to the nursing team.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Previous experience as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Attendant is preferred.
- A valid CNA or RN license is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others.
