Responsibilities
- Provide personalized assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with dietary needs
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor health conditions
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social outings
- Engage clients in meaningful activities and companionship
- Maintain detailed care logs and report changes in client status
- Implement personalized care plans with precision and empathy
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Valid Florida Driver's License and reliable vehicle
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Clear background check and drug screening required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
- Fluent in English (Spanish fluency highly valued)
- Strong emotional intelligence and patience
- Flexibility for evenings and weekend shifts
