Responsibilities
- Provide personalized assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when needed
- Administer medications accurately and monitor vital signs per care plans
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities
- Perform light housekeeping duties and maintain a safe living environment
- Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life
- Document care activities and communicate changes in client status
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or CNA certification
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and TB screening
- Compassionate nature with strong interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of senior care protocols and medication management
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
