Responsibilities
- Provide personalized companionship and emotional support to elderly clients
- Assist with daily living activities including meal preparation, medication reminders, and mobility support
- Monitor client health status and report changes to healthcare team
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities
- Maintain detailed care logs and update client records
- Implement personalized care plans with compassion and professionalism
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Current CPR and First Aid certification required
- Valid California Driver's License and clean driving record
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check
