Responsibilities
- Provide personalized assistance with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs as per care plans
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities
- Engage clients in meaningful conversation and recreational activities
- Maintain accurate care documentation and report changes in client condition
- Ensure safe home environment and assist with light housekeeping
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or CNA certification
- Valid New Mexico driver's license with clean driving record
- CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with clients
- Physical ability to assist with mobility transfers and light lifting
- Spanish fluency preferred but not required
