Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with daily nutrition needs
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs accurately
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities
- Maintain detailed care notes and communicate with family members
- Support clients' emotional well-being through companionship and active listening
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience required
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Colorado driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and reliability essential
- Experience with seniors with dementia a plus
