Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Monitor vital signs and report health changes to care coordinators
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities
- Perform light housekeeping duties and medication reminders
- Engage clients in meaningful social and recreational activities
- Maintain detailed care logs and communication with family members
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or CNA certification
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Strong interpersonal skills with empathy and patience
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
