Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily activities including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance quality of life
- Monitor health status and report changes to care team
- Light housekeeping and errand management
- Administer medications as per care plan guidelines
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social outings
- Maintain accurate care documentation
Qualifications
- State-certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA)
- 1+ years professional caregiving experience
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Valid Nevada driver's license and insured vehicle
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check
- Strong communication and empathy skills
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends
- Knowledge of senior care best practices
