Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with dietary restrictions
- Administer medications accurately and monitor vital signs
- Transport clients to appointments and social activities
- Engage clients in meaningful conversation and cognitive stimulation
- Maintain detailed care logs and communicate with families
- Implement emergency protocols and ensure home safety
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience required
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks
- Compassionate demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation and punctual work ethic
- Background check clearance
- High school diploma or equivalent
