Responsibilities
- Provide personalized assistance with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Prepare nutritious meals and monitor dietary needs
- Administer medication reminders and track vital signs
- Offer companionship through engaging conversation and recreational activities
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain safe living environments
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social outings
- Document care activities and client progress accurately
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience required
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Compassionate demeanor with patience and cultural sensitivity
- Strong communication skills and reliability
- Physical ability to assist clients with mobility (up to 50 lbs lifting)
