Responsibilities
- Provide personalized assistance with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Monitor client health status and report changes to healthcare team
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Transport clients to appointments and social activities
- Engage clients in meaningful companionship and light housekeeping
- Maintain accurate care documentation and client records
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Current Oregon CNA certification or equivalent
- Valid Oregon driver's license and reliable vehicle
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Compassionate demeanor with strong patience and empathy
