Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Prepare nutritious meals and monitor dietary requirements
- Administer medications and track vital signs accurately
- Engage clients in meaningful activities and companionship
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social outings
- Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation duties
- Maintain detailed care logs and report client changes promptly
Qualifications
- State-certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) required
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Valid Nevada driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
