Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist clients with mobility, transfers (wheelchair/walker), and light exercise.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry.
- Administer medication reminders and accurately document daily care logs.
- Offer emotional support and companionship to reduce feelings of isolation.
- Respond promptly to client needs and communicate effectively with the care team.
Qualifications
- Valid California CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) or HHA (Home Health Aide) certification required.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certification.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable personal transportation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient demeanor.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical stamina to perform caregiving duties.
