Responsibilities
- Provide personalized assistance with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs per care plan protocols
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social outings using personal vehicle
- Document care activities and client progress using our proprietary care management system
- Engage clients in meaningful social interaction and cognitive stimulation activities
- Coordinate with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or relevant healthcare certification
- Valid Arizona Driver's License with clean driving record
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence
- Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance
