Responsibilities
- Provide personalized assistance with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs with precision and care
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social engagements
- Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote cognitive and emotional wellbeing
- Maintain detailed care records and communicate updates to family members
- Implement personalized care plans developed by our clinical team
- Ensure home environments are safe, clean, and comfortable
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or equivalent certification
- Valid Arizona Driver's License with clean driving record
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Strong interpersonal skills with genuine compassion for elderly clients
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for client visits
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Proficiency in basic home care technology (medication reminders, etc.)
