Responsibilities
- Provide personalized companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, meal preparation)
- Monitor vital signs and report health changes to care team
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities

- Maintain detailed care records and client progress notes
- Implement safety protocols and emergency response procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience required
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Missouri driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent (CNA preferred)
