Responsibilities
- Personal Care: Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Medication Management: Remind clients to take their medications at scheduled times.
- Meal Preparation: Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences.
- Companionship: Engage in meaningful conversations and activities to reduce loneliness and improve mental health.
- Light Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
- Transportation: Drive clients to medical appointments, shopping, or social events.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License: Must have a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
- CPR/First Aid Certification: Preferred but we provide training.
- Compassion & Empathy: Genuine desire to help others and improve their quality of life.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
