Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Perform light housekeeping tasks and maintain client environment
- Monitor vital signs and report health changes to clinical team
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities
- Assist with mobility support and safe transfer techniques
- Administer medications per care plan protocols
- Document care activities accurately in client records
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional home health aide experience
- Valid California HHA certification or CNA license
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Reliable transportation with valid driver's license
