Responsibilities
- Delicate personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Prepare nutritious meals and monitor dietary requirements
- Administer medication reminders and track vital signs
- Perform light housekeeping tasks and maintain safe environments
- Provide transportation to medical appointments and errands
- Offer emotional companionship and cognitive stimulation
- Document care activities and client progress accurately
- Collaborate with care teams to implement customized care plans
Qualifications
- TN state-certified Home Health Aide (HHA) license required
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- CPR/First Aid certification current
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks
- Exceptional communication and observational skills
- Trustworthy background check clearance
- Flexibility for evening/weekend shifts
