Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments per care plan
- Transport clients to medical appointments and errands
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized home environment
- Communicate effectively with family members and healthcare team
Qualifications
- Active Oklahoma Home Health Aide certification or CNA license
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license with reliable transportation
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks
- Strong communication skills and empathy for vulnerable populations
- Passionate about patient dignity and independent living
- Background check and TB clearance required
