Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to healthcare team
- Assist with mobility transfers and ambulation
- Perform light housekeeping tasks and medication reminders
- Transport clients to medical appointments and errands
- Maintain accurate care documentation and client records
Qualifications
- State-certified Home Health Aide or Nursing Assistant
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Compassionate demeanor with patience for elderly/disabled clients
- Clear background check and drug screening required
- Fluency in English (Spanish speakers encouraged to apply)
