Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care in home settings and healthcare facilities
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to healthcare professionals
- Document patient care accurately in electronic health records
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
- Transport patients to appointments when necessary
- Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare team members
Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania CNA certification required
- Minimum 6 months recent CNA experience preferred
- Clear criminal background check and drug screening

- Current CPR/First Aid certification
